Shipping Policy
Please check our current turnaround time for new orders. Orders will be processed and shipped within the stated timeframe. Once shipped, please allow 4-5 business days for delivery, though some areas may experience longer-than-average shipping times.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a USPS tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for its handling or delivery. If your insured package is lost or arrives with visible damage, please take photos and contact us at admin@deezcreations.net as soon as possible.
Shipping & Address Errors
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, unless the mistake was on our end.
- If your package is returned due to an insufficient, incorrect, or undeliverable address, or if the shipment was refused, we will contact you. You will be responsible for covering additional shipping costs to resend the package.
